Restrict some file types to upload in service portal on one catalog item

Hi

Is it possible to only allow, for example png files to be uploaded as an attachment on one catalog item only in the service portal? Using the built in Add Attachments? Can it be configured this way? Also can it be configured to only allow 20 attachments?
