Retrieve Fix Version from Jira Issue to ServiceNow Incident

Hi Everyone,

Was anyone able to retrieve the Fix Version Value from Jira Issue and map it to ServiceNow field?

If yes, please help me with any links or supporting articles

Yes using the spoke.

we have the integration configured with all the basic info being sent from jira, we just want to map the fix version field value from Jira issue to Servicenow incident field.

There must be table mapping configuration.

Check for any transform maps or tables related to Jira where the mapping is being done. You can add a new field mapping under there
