Return cti_softphone error in ServiceNow

Hello everyone,
I got an error and it automatically returned to the cti softphone page. I don't know what this page is or where it came from. Please someone help me.

The process that causes it to error is as follows:
Step 1: Access into Portal and Click content Item "State".
It's redirect to form list of Incident as below:
Step 2: Access any record in the list
Step 3: Click button back and it's redirect to cti softphone as bellow
*My configure of Content Item State as below:
URL's value:
"now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/incident_list.do%3Fsysparm_fixed_query%3DstateINjavascript: new global.getIncidentByState().getState('New');"
