Greetings Folks
A question about configuring instance behaviour. Currently, when our analysts assign tickets they open the ticket, categorize it, assign to the appropriate group and then hit the update button. Then they are sent back to the first page of the Open Unassigned Incidents module. What they want is to be returned to the last page of the module that they were on, which at this time of year can be 4 or 5 pages deep (We're a school district and September is a gong-show) instead of going to page 1 and then having to navigate back to the last page they were working from.
Is this kind of behaviour possible? and if so is it advisable to do it? Is it a customization that could be upgrade-unfriendly?
And If I can do it? how?
Cheers!
A.

This is possible. You just have to adjust the module arguments a bit. You can add 'sysparm_clear_stack=false' to the module arguments to have it redirect back to the last page in the list you were viewing...

As an admin if you hover over the module you should see a pencil icon. You can click that to edit the module. From there, the edit should occur exactly as shown in the screenshot I posted.

LOL I didn't realize it was that simple. Thank you very much Mark! Worked like a charm!
