Rich_description not showing while creating case.

Hi, I have configured rich_description field in case creation configuration for hr case in the bottom fields. But when i create a new case it dosent show up. Do you know why?

may be it's HTML type field and hence not feasible to add on that page.

Did you check any docs for that?
