risk score removal from work notes when CI is attached to Security incident

Hi,
We wanted to remove risk score from the work notes activity  when CI is attached to it and promoted to a major security incident , we have tried deactivating the OOB business rules as well , but the risk score is still popping out, is there any other solution for this, apart from customization? TIA

Are you talking about this message triggered from Update risk score Business rule?

You can filter out Automation Notes to hide it.

Also FYI, I deactivated this BR in my PDI, and it stops calculating/showing risk score in activity stream.

we have already deactivated this BR , but whenever any CI is attached to it and SI is promoted as MSI the risk score is coming , that we want to remove

@Siva_Prasad , So you mean you can see risk score now on MSI not the SI record, if that's the case maybe check if there is another BR triggered for MSI record.

No, in SIR workspace only whenever a CI is linked to Security incident and SI is promoted as major incident then risk score is coming
