Risk Workspace - Assess button not working

After clone, "Assess" button in Risk Workspace is not working anymore(not showing the modal popup). This is OOB and I believe we didnt make any customization to this page.

I checked declarative actions, ui actions, roles, RAM and they are the same in my OOB PDI(which is working)

Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot this? Where to look, what component to check, etc.

Please check if you have the settings like below on the UI action "Assess":

If yes, then you can try clearing the cache using cache.do and clear browser's cache.

Thanks but your screenshot is for native view. My issue is for the "Assess" button in Risk Workspace.
