RITM and REQ state not getting updated using flow designer

I am using flow designer so when sctask state is updated based on that RITM and req state is not getting updated, my flow is correct but evaluation is getting false when I tested.

This is an expected OOTB behavior, if you need REQ state to be updated to some state, you can always define in your flow. The REQ will get closed if all RITM tagged to it gets closed. But don't expect any other state sync until or unless it is defined in your flow.
