RITM - Approval stage

"Waiting for Approval" stage of the RITM shows "Guest" as the approver although only a group approval has been specified in the flow. How could I eliminate the "guest" approval?

(Note - The group currently has one member.)

Please refer the below screenshot.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi @Priyanka Ghosh , 

Please check if that group has any empty record added or if that group have any parent group and that parent group has empty or guest user.

I see it has all valid entries. Do you still anticipate any possible reason for the "guest" approver?

check if any other RITM has same behaviour using different flow or workflow.

Hi @AshishKM , I tried using the way you said but no luck. It seems whenever a group approval is specified in the flow it triggers a "guest" approval along with other approvers.
