RITM - Approval stage

"Waiting for Approval" stage of the RITM shows "Guest" as the approver although only a group approval has been specified in the flow. How could I eliminate the "guest" approval?

(Note - The group currently has one member.)

Please refer the below screenshot.

ok .. one more try , check that user has any 'approval' delegate.

or change the group membership, check if same behaviour with some other user.

or change the group  

 

this way we know if there is any issue with user or group.
