Hi Everyone,
There is an RITM in production which got closed when an approver approved while SC task are in open state. We already have a business rule which prevent RIM closure if Sc tasks are open also I tested this BR in dev and same is present in production. But not sure Why this particular RITM got closed when approver approved , Please see the screenshots attached.

Hello @sunil maddheshi,
Did you check:
- If you have Flow/Workflow stages are set correctly in your Flow/Workflow
- "Wait for Completion" should be checked on your catalog tasks
If you found this helpful, please hit the thumbs-up button and mark as correct. That helps others find their solutions.

Are you able to replicate this behavior in DEV or TEST with the same catalog item?
I could see from screenshots as soon as the SC Task was created the RITM got closed and it's with the Approver's session
what debugging did you perform?
unless you replicate it in DEV you can't fix that
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
