RITM is not getting generated when I submit any catalog request from my domain separated instance.

Hi All

I have created a Catalog item and workflow in global scope for specific domain users to use the same catalog (defined user criteria i.e. if the user is from domain ABC then only access that catalog item).

The issue is when the ABC domain user submits the service request then a request is created but RITM is not getting created and no workflows triggered.

if I submit a request by using the same catalog item from the global domain then it works fine. please help me since that request is supposed to be raised from the ABC domain only.

Thanks

Hello @Kumar suresh ,

Please check that particular domain has all access required to create RITM or not. Also, instead of user criteria please check by adding that domain grp/user in "Available for " related tab of the catalog item record.

If my answer helps you please mark as accepted/helpful by adding thumb in bottom of my post.

Thank You!!

I have fixed it, the issue was because RITM was created In the default/TOP domain and the child domain(ABC) could not access the parent domain records.

Can you pls explain how did you fix this issue? I am facing a similar one here..
