RITM Requested for field mismatch on form view and List view

Hey,

 

on the form view of the RITM we have the correct Requested for aligned and on the list view Requested for is same as opened by

 

Can anyone help me on this, thanks in advance

RITM has it's own requested_for field

REQ also has requested_for field

Check on form and list view which requested_for is populated.

are you having any "Requested for" variable set in your catalog item?

check this link

The value of 'Requested for' field on RITM changes from 'Opened by' user to 'Requested for' variable...
