RITM stage showing value instead of label when I populate the stage from Sub workflow

Hi All,

I am facing below two issues with sub workflow.

1. whenever i populate the stage from Sub workflow   it showing back end value instead label.

2. I have added stage like Confirm Resolution in main workflow while calling sub workflow, then I am adding another stage in sub workflow but it is working some times and it is not most of the times always it is showing confirm resolution only

I have remove the stage from main workflow and added in sub workflow then the flow is working as expected except showing values instead of labels.

Please help me to fix this issue.

I am not sure whats happening there, but I have seen some weird issues around fresh development and a <instance>.service-now.com/cache.do fixed it.

Can you do a quick test? just a small workflow and leverage relevant stage renderer and test:

Thanks for your response, I have tried cache.do and modifying the renders   but no luck.

Hi Ramesh,

It's an old question but I've the same issue with Flow designer.

I can see the back end value on the requested item rather than label.

Did you find the solution for this issue?

I'm still looking for an answer on this too, also using Flow designer.
