RITM Stages on RITM list view

Hello Experts,

For catalog item workflows, I am using stage renderer as 'Requested Item Renderer' and I have approval activity with stage 'waiting for approval' in it. When Catalog item is submitted in the RITM list view.. I see "Waiting for Approval (Approved)" and "Request Approved (Request Approved)" stages and also an extra "Waiting for Approval" stage which was given in WF activity.

So, I want to understand what are the first two stages in the below screenshot, And is it normal to see two waiting for approval stages?

My other post is regarding 'Request Approved' stage and this post is regarding 'Waiting for Approval' stages which is show 2 waiting for approval stages on RITM list view. 

From this post, I wanted to understand the difference between "Waiting for Approval (Approved)" and "Waiting for Approval (completed)".
