RITM state stay open even if stage is set to completed

Hi !

I created a catalog item with a super simple workflow so as soon as this type of request is submited it will auto approve and auto close the request. The problem is that my RITM state stay as open even if the RITM stage is completed.

We don't want any task created it's only for documentation purpose.

This is my workflow, what would I need to change so the state of the RITM get set automatically to closed complete for this tyoe of request?

Add a set field value after approval action to set the state to closed complete.

Edit: This is needed as the normal process would be when all the tasks get closed it then closes the RITM. Since you have not tasks you need to add this to the workflow.

It would be found on the core tab to the left. Just drag it onto the workflow.
