RITM stuck on "waiting for approval" even though its been approved

Hey guys, 

So I have created a General request form on our instance, I created the form and have the workflow built,  so that once a request goes in, its sent to an approval group, once the RITM is approval, it creates a task for a specified assignment group.     I had previously been having trouble showing approvers at the bottom "approver" tab, but I've got that fixed,

So I went and impersonated one of the approvers and approved the RITM, it now says "approved" by their name on the tab, but unfortunately, the RITM is not moving past the "waiting for approval" stage so that the task can be created.

How can i fix this?

Could you send a screen shot of the approval conditions in the approval activity on your workflow? You want to make sure that these conditions specify that only one person from this group needs to approve and not ALL of the members in this group need to approve.

In the related list on the RITM, once you approve by right-clicking on the 'requested' name and selecting 'approve', sometimes you need to refresh the list of approvers and see if there is anyone else that needs to approve the request. Double check that this isn't the case with this RITM.
