Is there any specific role to see any report created by others in Dashboard?

A user must have the role to see that table on which the report has been built.

Report creator has to share that report with other users or group.
User should have report_group role to further manage and share reports.

Hi @Admin7267 ,
You can run a report towards the table sys_report to get a report of all reports created and by who. If you need to see it according to which dashboards the single reports belong to, it will get a little more complexed.
Basic you can create a database view just like below:
You don't need it all, as some of the tables refer to performance analytics etc.
