Hello @RFJ1 ,
itil, report_user, report_group, report_global, report_admin, or admin. To create a meaningful report, you must have the right to access the data you want to report on.
1)For viewing a report as an end user it depends on the type of report and on what table that report is built on .
Lets say you have a bar graph on RITM table and it is showing you the result but when you click on any of the bar it drills down and takes you to the list view so to view the list view your must have access to RITM table which is indirectly ITIL role
2) For creating a report report_Admin or Admin is must
3) For publishing a report report_Admin or Admin is must
4) Scheduling a report i think admin or schedule_admin can do it
5) Sharing a report can be done by the user who created that report or we can say the owner of the report
Hope this helps
Mark my answer correct if this helps you
Thanks

Thanks, @Mohith Devatte . One question, is Developer role enough for a user to view emails?
