Rollback request sequentially on RITM

1.Rollback Required – Choice field (yes or no) before sc_task 9 (ritm will be closed )

2. Rollback Remarks – Text field

• If the rollback is requested at any point between SCTASK 1 and SCTASK 9 before or during grace period, then remaining or following SCTASKs should not be generated and the RITM1 state should be updated as closed and RITM2 should be opened for Rollback request sequentially.

• In RITM2, the SCTASKs which are all generated or Completed in RITM1 would be rolled back in reverse parallel order.

• These 2 custom fields should be disabled after grace period (i.e., 30 days and before Hard Decom SCTASK gets generated from workflow).

• Rollback remarks details from RITM1 should be available in RITM2.

how to set rollback feature for RITM I need to set condition like when user under SCTASK 1 and SCTASK 9 then only rollback option should be visible otherwise it's should be hide.

There is no way to roll back in RITM. Lets take example

A user requested for a laptop

5 task get created -- 

t1

t2

t3

t4

t5

Out these 5 , 3 task completed and now you want to roll back. 

Will you open the closed task? NO.. will you create new task - yes, so if roll back required you can create a new task to check the progress.

Now 2nd phase

Is it issue to roll back physcially means for laptop, can u bring the laptop back in orginal state, without doing any task?

No. 

Also this is just an example, might be your use case is more complex.

My requirement is like this.
I have created one custom filed for rollback when user will rollback between t1 to t9 then that ritm will closed new ritm should generate with all task which task after ritm rollback.
I want do this one, if you have any solution for what condition can differentiate how many task opened in previous ritm.
