Root cause for deleted update sets

Hi team,

I have an issue, where multiple update sets are showing as deleted under my name. I know how to undelete/restore them, but I need to know the root cause for the deletion. The root cause is important for future precaution to such activities.

Please I need help on urgent basis.

Hi Ankur 

Time frame is same.Its showing multiple update sets deleted at the same time from my I'd.

I checked the history of the update sets ,it's showing created and deleted at the same time.
