SAFe Adding User to SAFe Visual Task Board, without adding them to a group or team

Hello all,

So I shared the SAFe Board with a user using the share board icon on the right. But when the user tries to access the board, he doesnt have anything populated. I will attach that screenshot below. I want the user to be able to view the board how an admin would see the board except I do not want him to have edit access. Nor do I want to add him to a group or team. Is this possible? The user has "safe_scrum_user" SAFe Board.png

HI @samuelbingham 

It seems user facing access issue.

verify a user has safe_art_user role for ART and sn_portfolio_safe.safe_portfolio_user role for portfolio.

Hello, I gave them safe_art_user but they are still missing the info unless they are added to the group which is not what I want.
