SAM Pro & HAM Pro plugins Installation?

I was looking for SAM Pro & HAM Pro plugins can i get the IDs of these plugins and process to install them , i need to install them and looking for SAM_Admin and HAM_Admin roles .

Is this for a company instance or a PDI?

For PDI's, HAM is not available. SAM can be installed through the Developer Site.
