SAM Project + Atlassian OOTB Connection

Hi Team ,

Can anyone please help me with this 

we are establishing the OOTB connection between ServiceNow and Atlassian.

We have completed all steps per ServiceNow technical documentation.

We require the Static IP address to finalize the connection and enable to flow of data.

Where should i check on this .

can anyone please provide the steps
