Same columns added in two related lists due to same related lists backend name due to m2m table

I have created a m2m table for change request to and from change request and configured list layout of change request to bring these two related lists in change request. so that user can add it and it's working fine on relating the change requests in two directionals by using the business rules.

Two created related change requests are:  'Change requests', 'Related change request' with same backend value.
Now, when change request is added it only shows the number. But client asked to have the few columns for better visibility. When I try to do the 'Configure List Layout' then I add some columns in Change requests in it.
ex: Change Requests related list then it getting added in Related Change Request as well due to same backend value i.e.: u_m2m_related_change_request

I believe that's OOTB since same related list you are configuring and showing 2 times on that form

Hi @nikhil kamlekar

This is the expected behavior. Since you are using the same list in two places, it is configured once but displayed in two locations.
