Hi all,
How can we connect ServiceNow to SAP 4/HANA?
Can we leverage on native connector or we are forced to make it custom?
Thank you,
Tommaso

Hi there @Tommaso2
I guess, you have a few options. ServiceNow offers a native integration with SAP S/4HANA through the IntegrationHub, which can simplify the process using pre-built connectors and spokes. This is easier and faster to implement.
If the native connector does not meet your specific needs, you may need to develop a custom integration. This can be done using REST or SOAP.
so the native IntegrationHub connector is recommended for most use cases due to its simplicity and speed. If your needs are highly specific or complex, a custom integration might be necessary. Hope this helps!\
Kindly Accept the answer if this helps,

@Sandeep Rajput - What are some questions we need to be asking ourselves before we embark on this integration?
