SAP Cloud ALM to ServiceNow Integration

Hello Everyone,

We are planning to integrate SAP Cloud ALM with ServiceNow for creating the incidents. What are the necessary steps i have to do in order to begin this work.

As per my analysis, it is a ready to use integration with pre-defined API mapping. However what are the things we need to do from ServiceNow end for making this integration successful. What type of authentication is supported between these 2 tools? Can someone guide me on this.

Hi Mega,

 

The integration is more focused on ALM side than ServiceNow. If you customised your incidents than you will need to adjust the mapping also.

Looking at the process basically the ALM needs a webhook to select the events for which it creates tickets and than delivers the payload via REST.
