Save as Draft in catalog item not working

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with a ServiceNow catalog item. When I save the form as a draft and reopen it in preview, only the select box variable is visible, while the other variables that depend on its selected value remain hidden.

Although the variables were populated before saving the draft, they are not displayed when the draft is reopened.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hi @armanoj 

In your catalog, Under UI policy actions,  ensure 'clear the variable value' action and set to false

I'm facing when the draft record reload that time form fields are not diplaying . Base on one variable other fields are populating. Onload the draft that fields not populating.

Hi @armanoj 

For the other variable population based on select box , do you have onchange catalog client script or ui policy.

Can you share the configuration/code on it.
