Schedule EID Lunar Year

Hi, 

I live in South Korea, and we have a lot of holidays related to the lunar calendar, so I'm looking for a way to schedule lunar holidays.

I've searched for documentation on schedule and schedule entry, but all of them read "put the MANUALLY every year".

But I want to set the schedules automatically in my instance.

If there anyone who knows better way to set up the lunar calendar, kindly leave the comment to let me know.
