scheduled eMail Report dont run with Dot Walk function (without itil role)

hi, we use dot-walk in any reports. when we schedule these reports, either we dont get the reports over email or we get an empty report. The run as user is a technical account (TA) which is not in the role "itil". My user account is in the role itil and the report will delivered correct. TA uses the role report_admin and api-read (both can create and read reports).
our company do not provide the itil role in a technical account. but our scheduled report will be run as the TA.

Exist another role - without using admin - that we can use, that the TA can read, and send reports that use dot-walk over scheduled reports? we use dot-walk also over "related list conditions".
