Scheduled Email reports - Without Attachments

Is there a way to limit people from being able to schedule report with out attachments? 

We do not want users to send the reports in the attachments.

 

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated .

Can you elaborate more? 

What exactly you want to do and why?

How are they scheduling reports, do they have report admin rights?

They have report admin rights. 

Users are emailing the reports trough scheduled email reports with the attachments. 

Is there a way to eliminate the attachments? There is a Type on the table - with choices CSV, Excel etc.

How can I eliminate this? 

So that, users can send a link to the report and not the report it self.
