Hello team, when I try to create a workflow schedule and set it to run quarterly using the value quarter in the business calendar, it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @yoli1
how can i verify this please :
Have you verified that the Business Calender Entry is correct?
To start with manually of course. You could use a scheduled script with a log to see when it kicks off.
Is the schedule running in a different time zone?
Run as TZ is a field on the Workflow Schedule table. Verify that the correct timezone is chosen.

Hi @Peter Bodelier , I'm not sure how the Business Calendar really works. Can you please help? This is the Business Calendar OOB that I assigned to the workflow, so it will get triggered quarterly every 3 months. it has 120 Entries..

Is there a start date in the list on which you expected the workflow to trigger?

Allright, so it did not trigger on the 1st?
You could add a new entry on today a couple of minutes in the future to test it if it really won't trigger.
