I am familiar with listing all variables associated to a catalog item and the value that was provided. What I am looking to do is list all variables that were displayed to the customer, whether they answered or not. My end customer needs to know which questions were asked. I thought I saw an article talk about a property that would tell you whether the variable was displayed, but I cannot find it.

To confirm, you just want the questions that were asked, and don't care what the answers are? If so, why can't you just open the catalog item (either in the backend or on the portal)? You can even impersonate the user if you want to.

We have service catalog items that collect data from customers and then create a Jira task, in Jira. Currently we are sending all of the questions that were answered as the Description field on the Jira task. One customer would like to see not just the questions that were answered but that were displayed to the customer.
