Search bar not working properly on portal

Hello Team,
I created a knowledge base and a few knowledge articles, published them, and added the knowledge base to search sources. On the development instance, it functions normally, but I'm not sure why it's behaving oddly on Test Instance. When I try to search for a name, it appears and when I press Enter, a has no matches error appears. However, if I attempt the same thing on Dev, it works perfectly fine, and I've verified that the widget code hasn't changed. If I'm missing something, please assist.

please check if the articles are in draft or published state in test environment.

Hi Vishwa,
All knowledge articles are published, as you can see. When I try to search from kb home, all the articles are displayed. The only problem is that when we add "data," keyword all relevant knowledge articles appear as a dropdown on the search bar. However, when I click the enter button, an error appears, and the top search bar is also inoperable and displays the same message.
