Hi,
I'm facing an issue in search page of the portal. I am using short description for reference.

For example-When we are searching the with full sentence like ex- ' Add- Availability Major Incident', the requests related to it is coming.

but when we are searching only with word 'Availability' below alert is coming

BUT when we are searching with word-'Major' or 'Incident' the request that are having these words is coming.

I have checked there is no stop words written for these words.

What could be the problem and how can i solve it.

This support article can help with two places to start, although you mention you checked and its not a stop word. But there are two tables to check

If you are still using Zing search you may be hitting the Junk filter which basically stops what is considered 'junk'.

ABC would be considered a nonsensical search I believe so junk filter might be returning it.

I guess goes without saying here, and maybe its content specific to you, but I guess its worth asking why this would be an issue. Like if you are testing a new search setup and using things like ABC or something in articles or items to confirm search results, use actual sentences instead like 'This is a Test Article 1'

Hi Conor,
that ABC is an example, let me rephrase that-
