Search Global is missing as a search option

We have issue with "Search Global" is not available as option on the search field. At the moment the search is only available for workspace only. I have a quick look at this knowledge base ..

Global search dropdown list doesn't display the dropdown and Global option is missing in any configu... 

There is no UX Parent Application, but I can find "Unified Navigation app shell" in Now Experience Framework -> App Shell UIs -> Unified Navigation app shell. However there is no field called "Multiple Experience" as described.

The "Enable Global Text Search" is already set to true.

Open the Unified App Navigator Shell and goto form layout and add the field.
