Search menu is not showing project name but showing status of project

Hello All,

When searching for a specific project record in the Global Search text in the top bar, we no longer see the project title / project name, but a colorname (Red, Green - status).

Could you please help on this from where it is coming and how can we fix this ?

Someone either changed the config of the search results, or the display value of the project table. Check there first to see who updated and find out why they did that.
