I've updated this KB0078444. This KB as as title: How to Request an normal change, and usage multiple tags: RFC, Request for Change, RFC form, RFC template, change, Normal, Enhancement, Non-standard, Change Request Form, Standard, Standard Change, Change Request
Searching on the MyIT portal on the title or any of the tags this KB is not listed into the 1st 15 results and the MyIT portal suggests: Results are limited to 15 items per search. Try using filters or more specific keywords.
My expectation is that a KB article is listed when:
- using the exact title of the KB
- using any of the tags
how can i achieve this anyone can help on this??
