HI Team,

 

can any one help step by step procedure how to add related search or search results on catalog item in service portal

@Shabbir1 I think you are looking for contextual search, this can be done using OOB configuration:

Go to  All > Contextual Search > Record Producer Configuration,

And configure the form given below: Please click on the link given below
