Search source not working in test but working dev

I have created search sources for business application table to search it in global search. It is working fine in dev instance but not working test instance even though i have moved same changed whatever i made in dev instance. Can anyone please give me the solution for this

Is all changes move to test successfully? Just check , any Acl or any role blocking?

Everything was moved successfully and we have checked for both roles and ACLs. Those are not effecting in our case

So wired , if indexing also work then it should work, Try to do indexing once and try with different users.

I have tried with Re-generating index one more time still is not working and I have tried with different users as well.
