The following error message is being displayed when we select the Incident "Active records" or "All Records".
Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database (Unknown column 'incident3.number' in 'field list')

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes, this fixed the issue. I found the Default view had the wrong columns and removed them.

I've seen this caused by an invalid field on the list view. Check either your personalized list layout, or customize the list layout and see if you see incident3.number in there, if you do, remove it from the selected column.
