Selected values in the list collector variable are not showing up in catalog task

Hello all,

 

I have a catalog item, and there is a list collector variable in it referencing to User table.

So, when a request is submitted by selecting 3 users in that list collector variable, in the catalog task, the assigned to user is not able to see the values in the list collector field in the variables section.

 

So, can someone help me what could be the issue?

The Assigned to user is able to see the selected values on the catalog task form in QA instance but not in Prod.

I checked his roles and groups, and they are same both in QA and Prod.

Is this list collector variable "Global=true"? How are you setting this "list collector variable"?

unless you try to replicate in DEV you won't know the root cause of the issue.

how are you generating the task? via flow?

Did you move the variable from left to right in slush bucket while creating catalog task?

Now the issue is resolved.

The selected user in the list collector is inactive. Hence, he is not visible to non-admins.
