Self Service Portal error "Request not found"

Hello,
A Non-ITIL user was able to submit a service request. However, after submitting a request, the following error displays:

Are you able to find the request when logged in as a ITIL user?

Yes I was able to locate the request submitted by the Non-ITIL user when I logged in as ITIL user.

check the both the users domain are same only or not and also check the Avaliable for tab in record producer
