How can I achive to send direct a message to a user on microsoft teams, not to a specific channel.

I want to know if there's a way OOTB to send a users message/incident record information direct to a users on teams.

Hello @Community Alums,

There is no OOTB way to send a direct message to user on Microsoft teams. As of now ServiceNow supports for the channel only.

As of now, no it's not possible because that will be only posting to channel.

Provider notification can work if you want to send message to individual. This functionality works along with virtual agent OOTB.
