Send email notification through SLA workflow.

Hi Everyone,
I have to send SLA warning email notification through workflow, but it is not working as expected.
I have created an event in SLA workflow when SLA completes 50%:
This Create event in SLA workflow returns sys_id of assignment group. Now as I have to send notification to Assignment Group of RITM and email notification details should come in work notes of RITM, Should I create event registry and notification on Task SLA table or Requested item table. Right now, I have created event registry and notification on Task SLA table, and I cannot see event and notification getting triggered

OOTB, SN provide SLA flow, which did the same. please have a look in to same.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I have one doubt if I choose TASK SLA table in event registry and notification, then when notification sent then the details of email will be seen in work notes of catalog task or RITM.
