The requirement is to send all the KB articles (including attachments) from the ServiceNow instance to any other system (like Azure or any other system).
How to achieve this?
What meta data or fields from the Knowledge base table we can send?
How to send the respective attachment (linked to that specific kb article)?
What preparation needs to be done on the other system?
