send mass email from servicenow without spoke

Anyone knows how to send mass email from servicenow to large number of employees without spoke? For example annual emails of an organizations.

These are helpful but I just found out that there is a module call campaign , we want to try campaign module first. If it works okay, if not then will try targeted comm.

Hi @Apaul From the HRSD side, Campaigns would be the best option to proceed with. However, if you still require Targeted Communication, please let us know.
