Hello Experts,
Can we setup ServiceNow to automatically send a meeting outlook calendar invite for scheduled changes - Including link the change request? As soon as Planned start date and Planned end date are filled an outlook email invite should be send to the assignment group designed on the change request.
Is this achievable? If yes, please guide me with the process and steps on how to proceed with this requirement.
