Send SMS using Indian carriers like Airtel, Idea etc?

Hi, ServiceNow table has got this list. Had any one successfully sent sms to Indian mobile numbers? (without using Notify + Twilio, but using SMS email notificaiton)

In many threads it's mentioned that in SMS out of the box is only supported in the US but with Twilio you can send SMS anywhere. Where some of them mentioned that one can use "SMS gateway" (without Twilio case). Below are some thread you might have gone through, see if it helps -
