Hi,
I want to to send survey randomly among the latest 10 resolved incident.
To archive that I created a survey and configure the trigger condition (state is resolved). But I do not know how I can initiate the trigger after every 10 resolved incident. I figure out how to send randomly the survey to the user.
I guess i need to write a business rule. I am not sure though.
Can anyone guide me to solve this problem?
